I wake up with a shotgun blast
Living dead is all I see
Door slam, people run, desperate screams around me
Fear, smell of blood, shattered glass
Somebody wake me out, paranoia rising

They are all infected

Wake up and see
Life comes back to bodies
In their initial state of death
I cant believe I woke up to this nightmare
How long till it falls unto me

Guts splatter in my face, make my run
All in vain, the deeper my mind
goes the harder to escape this
Rush, maggots call, lead the way
We mourn for the dead ones to later be their prey
