I see the growing trees
The light within the leaves
My eyes are half awake
From myths I dared to dream

I spot a golden star
It carries an old song
It whispers in my ear
Some words I cannot hear

Where have you gone?
"Await the midnight sun"
Not sure where this will go
But I'm starting to amend

All ends they bloom a start
And we begin again
This time I will embrace
All winds of bitter taste

From them I will, now, hear
Words spoken to my ear
Feeling my feet in the sand
I let it all go
All that I've ever had

My ego screams
But it knows not what it always does
