Leading through this endless maze
I see a golden road
Revealed by God, through the incarnation
Mercy can be known

God himself enters into this world
To take our shame
And though it's been 2000 years
The power's still the same

So I open my eyes and I run to God
To the one who gave his life for me

Since creation, the first temptation,
Mankind has turned away
Still the loving arms of God
Is reaching out to save
Restless souls in modern times,
So unwilling to learn
That in the mystery of the cross,
There's grace we can not earn
